Sub-processors

Last updated: Not yet effective — draft

403 Finance, Inc. engages the third-party sub-processors below to operate the transmute Service. Consistent with our statelessness posture,no sub-processor receives message payloads for storage; the database and hosting layers hold metadata only (with the two encrypted, time-bounded exceptions described on the Securitypage). TODO-confirm entity names, regions and the change-notification mechanism pending counsel review.
